1. Length: To determine the length, measure from the top of the shoulder seam down to the bottom of the crotch seam.
2. Bust: Inhale deeply, then exhale. Place the tape measure at the fullest part of your bust, encircle your body, and record the measurement.
3. Waist: Use the tape measure to encircle your waist at your natural waistline, which is situated just above your belly button and below your ribcage, similar to where you'd wear a belt. Ensure you don't suck in your stomach during this measurement to ensure accuracy.
4. Hips: Position the tape measure at the widest point of your buttocks, then wrap it around to determine the measurement.
5. Sleeve: Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve cuff.
Note: If you find yourself between two sizes, we recommend opting for the smaller size.
