At RaveBeetle, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our warranty covers eligible manufacturing defects for the periods listed below, beginning from the date of delivery.
If an issue is determined to be a manufacturing or product defect covered under warranty, RaveBeetle will cover the shipping costs associated with the approved warranty claim.
Warranty coverage does not apply to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care or storage, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by improper handling.
RaveBeetle Packs β 1-Year Warranty
RaveBeetle packs are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
For approved warranty claims, RaveBeetle may, at its discretion, repair the product or provide a replacement of the same or comparable product.
Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Aura Reflector β 1-Year Warranty
The Aura Reflector is covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Please note that the Aura Reflector is not waterproof. Damage caused by water or liquid exposure, misuse, improper handling, or other user-caused damage is not covered.
Hydration System β 1-Year Warranty
Hydration bladders are covered by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
The hydration system is designed for use with water. Damage, staining, deterioration, or other issues resulting from the use of liquids other than water are not covered.
Lumilights / Neon Rope / Fuzz Rope / UnderGlow Disco Ball / PowerBoost Pack / FoneLyne β 60-Day Warranty
These accessories are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.
Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Vibe Prints β 30-Day Warranty
Vibe Prints are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.
Normal wear, cosmetic changes from use, and damage caused by improper handling or storage are not covered.
Wings β 30-Day Limited Warranty
RaveBeetle Wings are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the date of delivery.
Warranty coverage includes wings that arrive damaged or defective, as well as manufacturing defects involving the attachment hardware, including broken or defective buttons/snaps.
Our wings are made with holographic TPU, which may develop permanent creases, wrinkles, or marks if folded, bent, crushed, or improperly stored. These characteristics resulting from handling or storage are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under warranty.
To help maintain their shape and appearance, avoid folding or sharply bending the wings and store them flat or in their natural shape when not in use.
