Temporary Fix: How to Install the SpotLED App on Newer Android Devices

We’re aware that some newer Android models are currently unable to download the SpotLED app directly from the Google Play Store.
Our IT team is actively working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In the meantime, you may use Pixely Glow or follow the steps below to install the SpotLED app.

Please follow the steps below to manually install the app.

Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Scan the QR Code
   Use your android phone’s camera to scan the QR code below
   
   

2. Tap “APK Download”
   This will begin downloading the SpotLED installation file.
   

3. Select “Download Anyway”
   Don’t worry — the app is completely safe to install.
   It’s still available on Google Play for older Android models, and our IT team is currently working on compatibility for newer devices.
   
   

4. Open the Downloaded File
   Once the download is complete, tap “Open”.
   
   

5. Locate and Tap “SpotLED.apk”
   If needed, find it in your Downloads folder.
   
   

6. Tap “Install”
   Follow your phone’s prompts to install the app.
   
   

7. Open the App
   Once installation is complete, tap “Open App” to launch SpotLED.
