After your order has been refunded, how long will it take for the credit refund to be processed in my account? Please allow for approximately 5 - 7 business days for the credit refund to be processed. If you do not see the refund within 7 business days, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.
How long do I have to return a product for a refund? We accept returns for refunds within fourteen (30) days of purchase or fourteen (30) days from the date of delivery for most of the item, whichever comes later. Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the returned item. Please note that we cannot process a refund beyond 14 days unless the item is defective or the wrong item has been shipped.
If you purchased your product through a retail outlet and not directly online, can you return the product directly to us? Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with returns if you purchased your item through a third-party reseller or wholesaler.
